2. Call with Executive Recruiter
Discuss your background and experience, and what you're looking for in your next role.
3. Case study (for leadership advisor positions only)
Work with a consultant on a real case example.
4. SmartAssessment®
Spend about 4 hours with one of our consultants in an in-depth career discussion.
5. Mutual due diligence
Reference calls made to colleagues, typically former managers and peers. You'll also connect with members of our ghSMART team to answer any questions you have.
